Terms & Conditions

By using any of the Services or signing up to use an account through AoyCo.in (the “Website”) or any of our associated websites (including, without limitation, the technology and the platform integrated therein), Chats and/or any and all related applications (collectively, the “AoyCo.in Site”), you agree that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as all of the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

1. User Account

1. You are not allowed to register or use your account through a proxy, VPN, "Hide My Ass", LAN Groups, Internet cafes, etc.
2. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake information, or share payment processors between yourself and other members.
3. You are not allowed to log in to more than one account on the same computer or IP address. This includes family members, friends, co-workers, and using your account on public computers.
4. You are not allowed to use any VPS / Proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use a VPS or Proxy Server, your payout request will be rejected and your account will be permanently suspended.
5. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
6. If you directly or indirectly cause any kind of prejudice, harm, or reputational damage to our website, its owner, or the staff team, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

2. Referrals

1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
2. We do not allow using services that sell referrals. Our staff will verify your account, and if you are suspected of breaking this rule, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
3. You agree not to be compensated for the loss of any referrals who are deleted or suspended due to inactivity.
4. You are never allowed to change your upline, which will remain private.

3. Payments, Deposits & Purchases

1. All your orders, deposits, and advertising purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
2. All payments and transactions must be completed through our website only.

4. Advertiser Campaigns Guidelines & Regulations

1. We do not accept advertising campaigns containing adult content, pornography, hacking, cracking, nulled scripts, or any form of illegal content. Any campaigns violating this rule will be deleted instantly without a refund.
2. All views, clicks, and impressions delivered to PTC (Paid-To-Click), PPC, and Shortlink campaigns are generated by real users of AoyCo.in.
3. Analytics Discrepancies: In some instances, third-party trackers (such as Google Analytics) may show fewer views than the official AoyCo.in database statistics. This discrepancy occurs due to user-side anti-tracking extensions, browser privacy settings, AdBlockers, or very short campaign timers (specifically 2 to 5-second campaigns). We are not liable for external tracker discrepancies once a valid visitor is sent from our platform.
4. AoyCo.in is actively protected against Shortlink Bypasses, IP changers, and fraudulent shortlink traffic. However, we recommend advertising shortlinks with dynamic/faucet settings for optimal results.

5. Publisher, Offerwall Integration & PTP (Paid-To-Promote) Guidelines

1. Access Limitations: The AoyCo.in administration reserves the right to check, notify, or limit API/SDK access for any Offerwall Publisher at any time in case of traffic, quality, or hit integrity issues.
2. We do not accept publishers or apps with adult, hacking, nulled, or illegal content. Associated domains or apps utilizing illegal themes will be instantly blocked.
3. Publishing Banners & PTP Traffic:
4. Do not force, manipulate, or deceptively encourage your audience to click banner ads.
5. Banner ads must only be placed in visible, organic locations on approved websites.
6. Any code modifications to the generated banner codes are strictly prohibited.
7. If a publisher is suspected of sending invalid hits, artificially inflated traffic, or abnormally high Click-Through Rates (CTR), the publisher's account will be permanently closed and all accumulated balances will be forfeited.

6. Revenue Share & Publisher Reversals (Chargebacks)

1. Payments & RevShare: Revenue Share payments for publishers and affiliates will be calculated based on valid clicks, impressions, actions, and user demographics (e.g., origin of country and device). Payments are processed in accordance with our current payment term cycle.
2. Chargeback & Reversal Policy:
3. Our third-party offer and survey networks reserve the right to audit and issue reversals (chargebacks) for offers, surveys, and multi-tasks up to 90 days after they have been initially credited.
4. These reversals are executed automatically by our system. If a reversal occurs and your publisher balance has already been withdrawn, your system balance will become negative.
5. You are fully responsible for paying back any negative balance caused by reversals. If a publisher account exhibits an excessive rate of reversals or chargebacks, the publisher's account, associated apps, and APIs will be permanently terminated.

7. Anticheat, Account Suspension & Support Conduct

1. You should know that each time you try to do a "fishy" and "happy" thing, our system will automatically save the log.
2. You should know that if you try to perform "hacks", "SQL injection", "XSS passthroughs", or any other malicious "happy" things, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
3. You must not interfere with our system or attempt to bypass our security measures.
4. We reserve the right to suspend your account for any valid reason listed in or related to our Terms of Service.
5. If your account is suspended for any reason, you cannot ask for a refund, and your account statistics and referrals will be completely wiped.
6. You may not create or use any type of emulator, bot, or program to automate the clicking or claiming process.
7. Support & Communication Conduct Policy (Zero Tolerance): We are committed to providing a helpful support environment, and we expect the same level of respect in return. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of toxicity, harassment, threats, verbal abuse, or highly disrespectful, arrogant, condescending, or entitled language (including "rich-talking" or belittling remarks) directed toward our administrators, moderators, or support staff. Treating our team with disrespect or attempting to bully our staff will result in the immediate, permanent suspension of your account and the complete forfeiture of all pending payouts and accumulated balance.

8. Liability

1. We won't be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and are therefore beyond our control.
2. We won't be held responsible for any of our users, advertisers, or advertisements. This includes every third-party company we rely on.
3. We are not responsible for any tax payments you may owe on the rewards you receive from us. It is your sole responsibility to declare what you have received and pay your country's taxes.
4. Upon your request, we can suspend your account if you do not agree to our terms.
5. We are not responsible for any investments or purchases you make.
6. We are not responsible for the activity of Direct or Rented Referrals. By buying or renting them, you are fully aware of this risk.
7. We reserve the right to change this agreement without prior notice to our members. However, we will send out a notification to our members regarding any new or modified terms.
